The Seventh Generation Fund Event for 2019 was held at Millennium Hilton New York One UN Plaza. 2019 was the UN designated International Year of Indigenous languages.An international convergence of the four directions, Indigenous delegations from across the globe joined in celebrating their distinct cultures, languages, and lifeways. Indigenous Nations from across the Americas, the Pacific, and Africa came together not only to celebrate their accomplishments thus far but to also serve as an inspiring and informative evening to plan toward their collective, self-determined futures as stewards of this Mother Earth.
